Beyond the certifications and case studies — here's what makes me, me.
I genuinely love what I do. There's something about sitting down with a customer, untangling a messy problem, and architecting a solution that actually makes their day-to-day work easier — that part of the job keeps me energized.
That energy carries over into public speaking. Whether I'm volunteering at Dreamin' In Color, leading a hands-on session at Dreamforce, or presenting at a Connections, I love getting in front of a room (or a screen) and sharing what I know in a way that sticks.
When I'm not working, you'll likely find me with my family traveling — from hilltop views in Ibiza to staring out over the Grand Canyon — or cheering on my favorite teams; let go Magic, Lions, and Knights. And because I live in central Florida, a little bit of Disney magic never hurts either.
